TOWN HALL

For nearly nine decades, Town Hall has been the setting for extraordinary love stories. Since opening in 1937, the building has witnessed generations of couples begin their lives together, from wartime ceremonies to glamorous cultural weddings.

Among those who married here are David Bailey and Catherine Deneuve, with Mick Jagger as witness, and Sting and Trudie Styler. In 2014, Town Hall proudly hosted one of England’s first same-sex marriages following the change in law, marking a historic moment for the borough.

Today, Town Hall by Bottaccio continues this legacy, offering a contemporary wedding destination within historic walls, where each celebration becomes part of an enduring story.
