Vision Hall, The Network, and Inner Space all have daylight. The Inner Space is at basement level, but its atriums bring in natural light and it has incorporated lights that simulate natural daylight.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

Live event days run from 8am to 1am in Vision Hall and Inner Space, and from 8am to 6pm in The Network and on the Terrace. Later finishes can be requested and are charged by the hour, subject to our premises licence.

Build and de-rig days run from 10:00 to 22:00 (08:00 to 18:00 for The Network). Loading in and out is only permitted between 08:00 and 22:00, so if your event finishes after 21:00, collections take place the following morning; work inside the venue can continue outside these hours as long as there is no loading. Bidborough Street also has school-time vehicle restrictions between 08:15–09:15 and 15:00–16:00, Monday to Friday during term time.

There is no parking at the venue. The nearest car parks are NCP London Kings Cross St Pancras on Judd Street (a 5-minute walk) and NCP London Brunswick Square (an 8-minute walk); we recommend booking in advance. A Blue Badge bay on Bidborough Street is available on a first-come basis and can’t be booked.

Yes. Town Hall includes a cloakroom on the lower ground floor as part of your venue hire, and there’s also a wardrobe on the ground floor specifically for guests and staff.

Yes. All areas of the venue are accessible, with passenger lifts on every floor (including the Vision Hall mezzanines and green rooms) and a platform lift to the stage. The accessible entrance is on Bidborough Street, and there are accessible toilets on the ground and second floors. Please let your Sales and Events Manager know about any guests with accessibility needs during planning so we can prepare, including a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan where needed.
