Website Accessibility

WE WANT EVERYONE TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS WEBSITE AND VISIT TOWN HALL.

This statement covers spaces.townhall.co.uk and access to our event spaces. If you have any comments or questions about accessibility, please let us know.

KNOWN ISSUES
Some parts of this website are not yet fully accessible. Many images do not yet have text descriptions (alternative text) for screen reader users, and some documents, such as floor plans, technical specifications and menus, are images or PDFs that may not work well with assistive technology.

If you need information from any page or document in a different format, such as accessible text or large print, contact us and we’ll help.

FEEDBACK AND CONTACT
If you find a problem with this website, or need information in a different format, email events@townhall.co.uk or call +44 20 4619 7681.

VISITING TOWN HALL
The accessible entrance and exit are on Bidborough Street. Guests with accessibility needs can always leave via Bidborough Street, whatever time the event ends.

There are passenger lifts on every floor, including access to the Vision Hall mezzanines and green rooms, and a platform lift to the Vision Hall stage.

Accessible toilets are on the ground floor (Vision Hall and Inner Space) and on the second floor (The Network).

A Blue Badge parking bay is on Bidborough Street. It is available on a first-come basis and can’t be booked in advance.

Guide dogs and certified service animals are welcome, and evacuation chairs are available on each stairwell.

If you’re planning an event and expect guests with accessibility needs, tell your Sales and Events Manager early so we can make arrangements, including a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) where needed.
